Cally has a vast amount of experience and knowledge in health and social care, her background is working with adults within their own homes and their local community to achieve independence and life skills. She gained experience in managing staff and providing a safe environment for adults with learning disabilities to achieve their own personal goals to a high standard, whilst working as part of a multi-disciplinary team liaising with other professionals such as the local authority, health professionals, behavior specialists and psychologists.
Cally is working towards achieving a Level 5 leadership & management in health and social care and level 2 counselling skills. Cally is a Mental Health First Aider and Hate Crime Ambassador for Essex Police.
