Potton Services is an independent domiciliary care agency that provides support for Young people, children and Adults (including 65’s and over) whom have multiple complex health and social disability’s. Potton Services has a team of family support workers, support workers and health care assistants that are experienced in working with Children and Adults to undertake regulated activity (personal care) to meet their individual needs.
We are a privately owned domiciliary care agency based in Basildon Essex, committed to providing high quality person centred care to people in their own homes and in the community. Although our registered office is in Basildon Essex, all support is undertaken in the community or in the client’s home. Potton Services coverage is nationwide.
All care plans and risk assessments are person centred as we adopt an individualised and holistic approach as the basis for building safe, strong and secure relationships and creating a nurturing and structured environment that ensures children/adults thrive.
Potton Services can offer different ranges of support packages from 2 hours per week to 24-hour care, this package will be personalise to the child/Adult/ family’s needs, whilst promoting wellbeing within the family home.
Potton Services is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Potton Services rating with CQC is GOOD (July 2021)
